True Love
SO Yesterday this happened.
I had the honour of shooting another destination wedding, only comprising of the bride, the groom and two (whom they just met) friends, and truly it was one of the most inspiring experiences I have ever had, with having done close to just 30 weddings since I've become a photographer, I have never experienced a bride and groom's love expressed so simple and so deep.
(new and different experiences at each wedding)
So as I stood awaiting the commencement of the ceremony, I checked with the groom to find out His state of mind, then I snapped a few photos of Him, a few minutes later, we saw the bride coming around the corner, walking briskly, in her simple wedding dress, smiling with excitement, then I noticed as she walked in, she began to cry, then I quickly turned around just in time to see her soon to be husband, sobbing like a little child, I rushed in to capture such a moment, and as I clicked the button while watching Him, and seeing them both crying caused chills to run up and down my spine, rare moments such as these I treasure in my heart.
So as the ceremony continued, the Husband cried more than the wife, and that was something that had me in awe, when It came to the reading of vows, it was just quite beautiful to watch and see them exchange words of love and gentleness to each other, like children you could feel the peace in their hearts. It was such an awesome experience, humility, peace, and respect, I experienced it all working with this lovely couple.......
